1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 88k88 platform and all its services. These Terms form a legal agreement between you ("User") and 88k88 ("Platform", "we", "us").

88k88 is a platform providing online betting and casino services for Bangladesh. Our site offers cricket betting, slots, live casino, fishing games, and various other entertainment gaming services.

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be cancelled, all associated bonuses will be forfeited, and a decision on the balance will be made following a review.

4 Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each payment method. We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposited funds are generally added to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawing directly without betting the deposited amount at least once is not permitted.

4.3 Currency and Tax Responsibility

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A wagering requirement of 25x must be met for this bonus to become active. This means winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after betting the bonus amount 25 times.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on designated games.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus expires.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

88k88 has 5 VIP tiers. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.6%, Gold up to 0.9%, Platinum up to 1.2%, and Diamond up to 1.5% weekly cashback. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play.

If any attempt is made to participate in bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means, the account will be cancelled and all benefits will be forfeited.

6 Game Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The stake will be refunded for any bet cancelled due to a technical error. 88k88 is the final authority on the outcome of all bets.

6.2 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). It is not possible to manipulate any outcome. Official scores and results will apply for live sports betting.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted midway due to a disconnection or system failure, we will resolve it based on the last saved state of the game. The stake may be refunded in situations where a resolution cannot be determined.

6.4 Cricket and Sports Betting

Official results will be used for betting on all cricket tournaments including BPL, IPL, and the T20 World Cup. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be cancelled and stakes refunded in accordance with the rules.

11 Limitation of Liability

88k88 accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection.
• Losses caused by failure of third-party services.
• Account information falling into the hands of a third party due to the user's own negligence.
• Disruptions caused by factors beyond our control (natural disasters, cyber attacks).
• Losses suffered by the user due to providing incorrect information.

Our total liability will not in any case exceed the amount you have deposited with us in the last 30 days. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.

12 Account Closure & Suspension

12.1 Suspension by Us

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to verify identity.
• Direction from a legal authority.
• No activity on the account for an extended period of time.

12.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. To make a request, contact our support team. Any valid balance remaining before the account is closed may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable rules.

12.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 months or more. A maintenance charge may be applied to inactive accounts.

13 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We will consider your complaint seriously and endeavour to resolve it as soon as possible.

Dispute resolution process:
